  1. "INPUT/OUTPUT  GROUP HELP"

  3. "The INPUT/OUTPUT  group  defines to the  program  which  of  the  data"
  4. "segments you wish to display, print or accept from the keyboard at the"
  5. "present time.  Menus guide you through the process of group definition"
  6. "and/or disk write/load of up to fifty I/O groups."

  8. "Before leaving the I/O  group routine  you may  display and  check the"
  9. "segments now  contained in the  I/O group.   Care should be taken when"
  10. "records are to be entered into an indexed file;  the  indexed segments"
  11. "must all be in the I/O group to avoid record rejection due to duplica-"
  12. "tions (yes, two blanks are a duplicate).   To find out what fields are"
  13. "indexed press F4, print file format."

  15. "The desired segments may  appear  in any  order in the I/O group.  The"
  16. "program will  reference the  fields in the order  they  appear  in the"
  17. "group.  At least one segment muse be in the group."
