  7.  3. Several items tuned and adjustments to "new" features of
  8.     BORLAND C++ 3.0 compared to TC++ 1.01.

  10.  4. The CPS calculation is a bit better since I found and fixed
  11.     a problem with the round() function while trying to get NMODEM
  12.     to work under BORLAND C++ 3.0. Effect is +-1 CPS in value.
