  4.        This program is distributed as a shareware product.  Registration is
  5.     available within the program or by printing REGISTER.DOC

  8.     Requirements:        IBM compatible equipment
  9.                          256 K
  10.                          Monochrome or Color monitor
  11.                          Hard disk drive
  12.                          Printer (optional)
  13.                          MS-DOS 3.0 or higher
  14.  
  15.     I suggest you view or print "CISBILL.DOC" (8 pages total) before
  16.     jumping in, but if you prefer to start right up, then:

  18.         Make a new directory, as follows -
  19.                 MD CISBILL
  20.         Change to that directory with - CD CISBILL.
  21.         Copy all unzipped files from this distribution to CISBILL directory.
  22.  
  23.         To execute -
  24.                 CISBILL
  25.  
  26.     Sample files have been included so the program can be demonstrated.
  27.     Before accumulating your own billing files, delete these sample files
  28.     and create BILLING.CAP by capturing your billing records from CIS.
  29.     See the documentation for a description of how to do this.
