  3.   Labels weren't working correctly when packing long-line'd files. Fixed.

  5.   Now re-reversed the KEY fix that I introduced in 1.17 to compensate for
  6.   the mismatch between OPUS 1.13 and OTEC_113. Now that OPUS 1.14 has been
  7.   released, OPUS have corrected itself to follow OTEC_113, and so has
  8.   OACOMP.
