|
| It's time for FidoCon 1991 in Denver. I'm looking forward
| to seeing quite a few folks out there. Be good while we're
| away and please be gentle if the #228 nodediff goes awry.
|
| ---
|
| Routed NetMail must be working better than I thought. Seems
| a few businesses now trust it enough to let it carry their
| marketing and product registration activities. We must all
| remind those folks that direct NetMail, not Coordinator
| funded routing channels, must be used for their commercial
| purposes. Thanks!

|
| Matt Whelan, FidoNet International Coordinator, recently
| approved two new nodelist flags for use in Zone 1.
|
| LO Listed Only
| CSP Compucom Speedmodem
|
| The LO flag is available for use by nodes that accept calls
| only from nodes in the FidoNet nodelist. The flag should be
| used to help avoid unnecessary cost and inconvenience for
| non-listed nodes who might have reason to call such a node.
|
| The CSP flag marks a node uses a modem that supports the
| Compucom Speedmodem Protocol. As with PEP and HST, the MNP
| flag is implied when CSP is used.
