  14.   This is a DOS version of uucat, a program intended to take the entire
  15. text of multipart articles and strip off the headers and stuff, leaving
  16. only the portion to be sent into uudecode.

  20.     UUCAT will concatenate a set of uuencoded files into one
  21.     file, stripping out the headers and footers.  To do this,
  22.     it assumes the headers and footers used in c.b.i.p.  This
  23.     program will not order the parts, i.e. first come, first
  24.     served.

  26.     The included documentation has several examples, and
  27.     explains some of the limitations.
