- [ Disclaimer ]
-
- (I don't know about you, but I kinda like 'em)
-
-
- I don't even know if this program will run on your system, or what it'll do to
- it.. If'n ya don't think it's been modified, you might consider running it!
- However being as that any file at any time can be modified, and there's almost
- nothing you can do to protect it, and I don't know what your system is.. well..
- I don't take any sort of responcibility for the thing if it doesn't work.
-
-
- [ What's it do? ]
-
- I don't know, but it sure smells good..
-
- Ooops, anyway, sick of ANSIBar? so am I.. but I wrote it.. so, since I can't
- think of anything else to do for it except a user interface and add COM
- routines so that people with those weird BBSs with no abort function appearant
- could use it to speed things up..
-
- It'll split the screen in 2, and scroll the bottom using ANSI commands and use
- the top for whatever half/screen you want..
-
-
- [ What's it need? ]
-
-
- If you want to see it locally (meaning.. ah, you can figure it out) you'll need
- and ANSI driver that supports the extended NON-ANSI ANSI commands.. such as
- NANSI or ZANSI.. if you're sending it out over the modem, the user on the other
- side will have to have either Telix or Telemate to see the full-featured o/p
- of it.. Qmodem (at least the one I played with) doesn't support 1 command I
- used to get rid of some of the stuff on the screen at the end of the program.
-
- Dos........... 2.11 on up (If one can belive what manuals say)
-
-
- [ Why should I waste my time with it? ]
-
- Because when I wrote AnsiBar, people wasted my time... now, as I said to ya'll
- Ansi-hawgs.. it's payback time.. <g>

-
-
- [ How do I use it? ]
-
- (Take 3 in the morning and call it Zone-Mail Hour)
-
- Usage: AWRITE [INFILE] [OUTFILE]
-
- Infile: The file to read
- Outfile: The file to MAKE {Be carefull on this one}
-
-
- Here's a way to use it:
-
- AWRITE C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT CON
-
- Will scroll AUTOEXEC.BAT through device/file CON
-
-
- to get the header, make a file called AHEADR.ANS and place it in the AWRITE
- directory.
-
-
- That's about it.. 'cept to say before you call me on your penny, RTFD!!!
- (Read the docs)

- your BBS..

-
- [ Questions and Answers ]

- If ya like my program, and you don't think it's cheezy, come on people let me
- know..
-
- Anyway, as before (in AnsiBar .00001ß, .00002ß * .00003ß), it's written by:
-
- Paul King.. if you need to reach me, here're the ways
-
-
-
- FidoNet @ 1:116/31
- OurNet @ 65:410/27
-
- Or I might possibly still be in ANSICLUB if they don't toss me out for hatching
- this.. <g>
-
-
- If ya got a postcard, some cash, hard drives, computers, etc sitting around,
- drop me a line.. allways interested (if not interesting)..

-
- To sum it up, this one I like, I thought AnsiBar wasn't good for anything
- except it's code but, then again, who am I to judge.. I think this one looks
- good!

- L8ron!
