  4.   The AutoScript 2.0 distribution package includes the following files:
  5.  
  6.   AS.EXE      ASCRN.EXE      AS.DOC              DEMO.SCR
  7.   AS.OVL      AC.EXE         STARTING.DOC        KBRATE.EXE
  8.   AS.USG      AUC.EXE        FILE_ID.DIZ
  9.  
  10.  
  11.   The file STARTING.DOC is intended to help you get started quickly using
  12.   AutoScript without having to first read the manual AS.DOC.
  13.  
  14.   If you have used previous versions of AutoScript, you must delete any
  15.   old AS.CFG files before loading version 2.0.
  16.  
  17.   Please note that AutoScript is shareware, and respect the terms by which
  18.   the software is offered.  I would greatly appreciate your help is 
  19.   disseminating AutoScript by passing it on to others and/or uploading it
  20.   to BBSs, etc., providing that the following simple rules are observed:
  21.  
  22.     1.  All the above-listed files are included without any modifications.
  23.     2.  No fee is charged for the software, and only a modest fee, if any,
  24.         is charged for the distribution.
  25.     3.  The recipient is aware or informed of the shareware concept and
  26.         how it works.

  28.   Registration has been reduced to US $40, and includes free upgrades for
  29.   2 years, and support.  Also included with registration, is a copy of
  30.   AutoScript Lite which is a smaller version which plays existing scripts,
  31.   but does not include the interactive features.  A registration form is
  32.   included on page 2 of AS.DOC.  Please read the section of AS.DOC dealing
  33.   with registration.

  35.   I have made an effort to include in AutoScript every feature which I felt
  36.   was useful and reasonable to include.  If you have problems using
  37.   AutoScript, or find that it does not fill your particular needs, please
  38.   contact me and let me know what your needs are.  If I feel that a
  39.   suggested feature would be of use to many users, I will include it in a
  40.   future release.  Customized versions of AutoScript are available.
