  11.   You must have an EGA, VGA or Super VGA system for this to operate properly.
  12.   If the text blinks during the display you do not have EGA, VGA or Super VGA.

  15.   newsletter the way you customarily readn any text file.  The text file is
  16.   found in DPANEW21.DET.
