  1. NUMWIN  -  HWND finder Custom Control

  4. NUMWIN makes it easy for you to provide your users with additional programming
  5. features like DDE, OLE, and other custom features which require hWnds of other
  6. applications windows. NUMWIN can also be used to obtain the hWnd of all VB 
  7. hWnds of the running application to enable you to send messages to or 
  8. manipulate the other windows in the application in ways VB does not directly 
  9. allow.

  11. Since VB provides no means to obtain the hWnds of other applications,
  12. NUMWIN to the rescue. NUMWIN provides arrays of all the hWnds in the Windows
  13. runtime environment accessible by convenient arrays. NUMWIN.VBX is easy to 
  14. use, just add the control to your application and issue an Action command to 
  15. load the hWnds into the arrays.
