SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
SFP2Auto is copyright (c) 1992 by Small Planet Software and Norman Walsh.
All rights reserved.
SFP2Auto is distributed as 'shareware.' This means that you are allowed
to use it for a short evaluation period (not to exceed 30 days) before you buy
it. If you keep SFP2Auto longer than 30 days, you are required to purchase
it.
You are encouraged to copy and distribute SFP2Auto to your friends and
colleagues as well as bulletin board systems and other file archives with
three restrictions:
1) You may not make any changes to the SFP2Auto archives. SFP2Auto is a
collection of files and programs -- you may not remove files or add
files to the collection. Bulletin board operators can add their own
'comments' to the archive file and may change archive formats, if
desired, but MAY NOT change ANY file in the archive.
2) You may not profit directly from the exchange. You can charge for the
diskette, if you re-distribute it on diskette, or for the privilege of
connecting to your BBS, if you are so inclined, but you MAY NOT charge
for SFP2Auto specifically.
3) You may not distribute registered versions of SFP2Auto. When you
purchase SFP2Auto, you will be told how to 'register' your version. You
MAY NOT redistribute the registered version of any SFP2Auto files.
After you have purchased SFP2Auto, you will be told how to 'register' it. The
registration process removes the "reminders" that you have not yet purchased
SFP2Auto and allows it to run without requiring you to 'press a key' every
time it ends.
Registered, personal copies of SFP2Auto may be used anywhere on any machine by
the registered user. You may not install personal, registered copies of
SFP2Auto on anyone else's computer or any file-server to which others have
access. Please contact Small Planet Software for site-licensing information
or to register SFP2Auto for use in commercial settings.
SFP2Auto is not crippled in any way. You are free to try every feature,
every bell, and every whistle. Small Planet Software and Norman Walsh
extend their trust to you, if you keep SFP2Auto, please pay for it.
