  5.   Pan-Set is a setup program for the Panasonic KX 1091-i printer.  Print
  6. attributes are selected thru easy to use pop-up menus.  In order for the 
  7. print codes to take effect, the front panel PRINT MODE switch must be in
  8. the Std Pgm position.  Pan-Set was compiled using Turbo Pascal 5.0.  
  9. Source code is available upon request.

  11.    Pan-Set may be used freely by individuals for their own personal use.  If
  12. you find Pan-Set to be useful, you are encouraged to make a contribution
  13. ($15 is suggested).

  15.    A license is required for use of Pan-Set within corporations and
  16. institutions.  This license allows internal use and copying of the program
  17. and manual by as many users/machines as are licensed.  The license fee is
  18. based upon the number of machines on which Pan-Set will be running.  An
  19. unlimited Site License is also available which allows unlimited copying of
  20. the software for internal use by your company.  The following schedule shows
  21. the available license fees.

  31.     Regardless of the quantity, one diskette containing the program and
  32. documentation will be sent to you.  Upon receipt, you may make as many
  33. copies of the package as are licensed.  The license covers use of all
  34. versions of the software.  Upgrades, as they become available, will be
  35. provided upon request.

  37.    Licenses for corporations and institutions to distribute, repackage or
  38. resell the program to third parties are available by contacting the author.
  39. Clubs, user groups and computer bulletin boards may distribute the software
  40. without a distribution license provided the entire Pan-Set package,
  41. including this file, is included in the distribution and no more
  42. than a nominal fee (not to exceed $10) is charged for such distribution.
