  10.   1. This is a complete rewrite of 2UPPRT.ZIP. It is a PM program,
  11.      written in VisPro/REXX, supporting all of the former 2UP.CMD and
  12.      1UP.CMD functions, along with new functions.
  13.   2. Allows line numbering in addition to the No Frame and No Frame/Hdr
  14.      options.
  15.   3. Allows line numbering by file or reset between pages.
  16.   4. Allows selection of the Header Line contents.
  17.   5. Allows a profile file to save default options.
  18.   6. Allows new file selection without restarting the program.
  19.   7. Supports on-line Help.
  20.   8. Although this is a new package it is at V3.1 to reflect follow-on
  21.      function from 2UPPRT.ZIP V2.3 which is still available.
