  7. one is checkerboard
  8. one is hatch marked
  9. one is slanted
  10. one is outline
  11. one is reverse
  12. one is shadow

  14. Included is LISTFONT, a program for printing out
  15. the various styles on a LaserJet II.  Just type
  16. LISTFONT  and watch it go.
