  18. Lotto:   Before you can run the Lotto program, you must run the   
  19.          setup program to configure the program to the state      
  20.          lottery you want to track.  Although you will find this  
  21.          program easy to use, the registered copy has better      
  22.          graphs.

  24. Setup:   Whether you start the setup with the State or Configure, 
  25.          it will take your through both options, automatically.

  27. Program accuracy:  This program will not be accurcate if you don't 
  28.                    update the file of winnings numbers EVERY time 
  29.                    there is a drawing.  The best way to start out 
  30.                    with a good set of numbers is to write to the  
  31.                    lottery commission in your state.  They will   
  32.                    send you a published record of the winning     
  33.                    numbers from past drawings, sometimes for up to 
  34.                    2 years.  If you choose not to do this, just   
  35.                    enter the numbers as you get them from future  
  36.                    drawings.  You will probably begin to see that 
  37.                    some numbers come up more than others.  It is  
  38.                    true, unintentionally, lotterys are prejudice  
  39.                    toward some numbers.
