  38.                  LICENSE TO OPERATE VENDING MACHINES

  41. @001, referred to as OWNER, and @002, referred to as VENDOR,
  42. agree:

  45. VENDOR may place vending machines for the sale of the following
  46. items within the premises of OWNER:

  52. with locations to be mutually agreed upon within the premises of
  53. OWNER. OWNER may require on reasonable notice that VENDOR move
  54. machines within the premises of OWNER. This license shall begin
  55. on @844 and conclude on @845.

  58. VENDOR shall pay any license fees or taxes imposed on the
  59. operation of the machines.

  62. VENDOR shall maintain the machines in good working order and
  63. regularly maintain and clean the same so that they do not detract
  64. from the appearance of the business premises of OWNER. OWNER may
  65. terminate this license and require that VENDOR remove the
  66. machines in the event that the machines are unsightly or
  67. malfunction and reasonably detract from the OWNER's reputation.

  70. VENDOR shall obtain insurance coverage in a minimum amount of $
  71. @200 (!200 dollars) through an insuror licensed to offer such
  72. insurance for bodily injury and property damage. VENDOR shall
  73. indemnify OWNER from all liabilities related to or arising out of
  74. the use of the machine.

  81. premises of the OWNER, the gross sums collected from the
