  39. During the period in which EMPLOYEE is lent, PRIMARY EMPLOYER
  40. shall continue to pay EMPLOYEE, and TEMPORARY EMPLOYER shall
  41. reimburse employer for the pay plus @008 percent for overhead and
  42. benefits. In addition, TEMPORARY EMPLOYER shall reimburse
  43. EMPLOYER for worker's compensation insurance on EMPLOYEE. In the
  44. event that state law or other regulation requires TEMPORARY
  45. EMPLOYER to provide worker's compensation the EMPLOYEE, said
  46. regulation shall control.
