  53. CUSTOMER shall lease from LEASING COMPANY the following items:

  59. CUSTOMER'S agent. LEASING COMPANY provides no warranty upon the
  60. goods, and the sole warranty shall be that offered, if any, by
  61. the MANUFACTURERS and sellers of the leased equipment.

  63. The equipment shall be located at:

  107. withheld. It is not required that CUSTOMER obtain insurance
  108. through LEASING COMPANY; however, CUSTOMER elects to obtain
  109. coverage through the LEASING COMPANY. The premium for the initial
  110. period of @902 months shall be $ @903 (!903 dollars) to be paid

  130. Upon the failure of CUSTOMER to pay any installment due, or to
  131. comply with the provisions of this lease agreement, the LEASING
  132. COMPANY may accelerate the payment of all remaining sums due.
  133. The CUSTOMER shall pay all taxes and levies upon the equipment.

  136. Upon default the LEASING COMPANY may take possession of the
  137. leased items, and may enter the premises of CUSTOMER to do so.

  143. at the conclusion of the term of the lease, provided that all

  146. return the equipment, at its expense, to LEASING COMPANY.
