  22.      WHEREAS, certain disputes have occurred between the parties 
  23. hereto, and,

  25.      WHEREAS, they desire to amicably resolve these disputes,

  27.      IT IS AGREED:

  29. That in consideration of this agreement, the parties mutually 
  30. release one another from all claims of any kind whatsoever from 
  31. the beginning of time to the date of the execution of this 
  32. agreement, and that this mutual release shall be valid and binding 
  33. and insure for the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of 
  34. both parties.
