Coronary Thrombosis (Heart Attack)
SYMPTOMS. The signs may include pains in the chest with a feeling of
pressure or crushing, cold sweats, vomiting, great anxiety, shortness of
breath, ashen face, belching and retching. The pains do not stop with rest
or the use of nitroglycerin.
CAUSES. The heart attack is a result of a clot (thrombus) that has formed in
a heart-feeding coronary artery that is already diseased. It may suddenly
appear or be preceded by a history of angina pectoris. See ANGINA PECTORIS.
TREATMENT. Consult your doctor immediately.
.Seek medical attention immediately. (Better safe than dead)
.Medication, oxygen and other measures may be required.
