  1.                        High Altitude Lung Edema
  2. SYMPTOMS include severe coughing (with or without blood), shortness of
  3. breath and a bluish color.
  4. CAUSES may be from making a rapid ascent to high altitude with exertion.
  5. TREATMENT. Immediately take victim to lower altitude. Oxygen may be required
