  2. SYMPTOMS. Swollen and bleeding red gums. Inflammation of the gums.
  3. CAUSES are commonly from bacteria growing in plaque on the teeth. Other
  4. causes may be from calculus (tartar), food impaction, malocclusion or from
  5. the long use of phenytoin, an anticonvulsant drug.
  6. TREATMENT. Consult your dentist.
  7. .Tartar removed, any local cause corrected. Good oral hygiene. Dental visits
