  2. SYMPTOMS include pain in the upper right abdomen that is intermittent and
  3. colicky, chills, fever and jaundice (a yellowing of the skin).
  4. CAUSES. A tumor or stones obstruct the bile ducts and produce inflammation.
  5. TREATMENT. Antibiotics & fluid replacement.
  6. .Surgery may have to clear the obstruction.
