  1.                             Anaphylatic Shock
  2. SYMPTOMS. At first, you may notice agitation, itching, coughing, sneezing,
  3. large hives, difficulty breathing and the skin may be flushed. Soon after
  4. seeing these symptoms you may see signs of shock which include; rapid and
  5. weak pulse, cold & clammy skin, pale skin, and sweaty palms.
  6. CAUSES. Anaphylactic shock may be caused by allergic reaction to drugs or
  7. insect stings.       THIS IS A LIFE-AND-DEATH EMERGENCY SITUATION.
  8. TREATMENT. SEEK MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IMMEDIATELY.
  9. .If you can reach medical help quicker than an ambulance, do not wait for
  10.  one because death can occur in minutes.
  11. .If caused by a bee sting, apply a cold compress to place of the sting and
  12.  also remove the stinger and venom sac.
  13. .Attempt to slow the spread of venom by applying a tourniquet just above
  14.  the sting. You must loosen the tourniquet every four minutes.
  15. .If a sting kit is available, follow the directions immediately.
