  1.           Important Note to Users of Older Versions of BIBL

  4.            With Release 5.40a, the database structure has
  5.            changed (a 2nd line for publisher data has been
  6.            added).  To use an older database with this new
  7.            version of BIBL you must first run the conversion
  8.            utility BIBLUP.EXE...which will convert your
  9.            database to the new structure. You will have to
  10.            tell the program whether you're upgrading a
  11.            database created under versions 2.1 - 4.99 or
  12.            5.0 - 5.39.

  14.            If you don't know, check the release number
  15.            of the BIBL you're currently using (on the
  16.            opening screen).

  18.            BRX.EXE replaces BIBL5RX.EXE (or BIBLRX for
  19.            pre 5.0 databases).  Do not use BIBL5RX on a
  20.            5.40 database.  Once you have converted all your
  21.            existing databases to the 5.40 structure, you
  22.            should delete older repair utilities (BIBL5RX.EXE
  23.            or BIBLRX) from your disk.
