  3.           StopWATCH is written by a member of the ASP.  This is the ideal
  4.           program for anyone wishing to keep track of event times.  Such as:

  13.           StopWATCH not only logs event times, but it allows you to add a
  14.           note with each event.  StopWATCH automatically keeps track of the
  15.           time an event occurred, the elapsed time from the start, the
  16.           elapsed time from the last event and the event number.

  18.           StopWATCH allows the timing of events within a 24 hour period and
  19.           can accommodate up to 750 logged events.  You can save your log
  20.           as a text (ascii) or tab delimitated file which can be read by a
  21.           spreadsheet program.  StopWATCH also allows you to print the log.

  23.           StopWATCH allows event timing to be started and still keep track
  24.           of the events even after the program has been exited or the
  25.           computer has been shut off.  StopWATCH is NOT a TSR program which
  26.           consumes memory.  StopWATCH automatically saves its information
  27.           to disk when the program is exited, then reads that information
  28.           when started again.

  30.           StopWATCH even has an alarm timer.  You can set the alarm to go
  31.           off at any time within a 24 hour period.  You can use this feature
  32.           to remind you of an upcoming event.

  34.           StopWATCH utilizes standard text characters and graphics, so it
  35.           will work with nearly all computers and monitors.  It does allow
  36.           a Microsoft (R) mouse to be used to activate the buttons and
  37.           scroll bars.  This program is extremely easy to use, simple
  38.           buttons (or function keys) activate the stopwatch timer, lap
  39.           timer, stop and reset features.  Events and notes can be scrolled
  40.           and edited at any time.
