"PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE FOR PERSONAL COMPUTERS"
REGISTRATION
KEBER's NICE ADDRESS PROGRAM (K.N.A.P.) is marketed as BOTH a Shareware
software package, and as a "Commercial" software package. The
"Shareware" version is available through "Bulletin Board Services"
(BBSs), Clubs & Shareware Catalogs. The Commercial version is sold
through authorized software dealers or can be ordered directly from
the TypeRight Corporation.
The term "Shareware" means that we provide you with a copy of the
program for you to "try out" for a short evaluation time. After a few
weeks of use, you are required to either dispose of the program or
send us the purchase price for registration. Extended use without
proper registration is a violation of our rights under the Copyright
Laws of the United States.
The "Commercial" version may be available directly from your local
TypeRight software dealer. Many software dealers can help you get the
software "Up & Running" on your computer system, and some can even
help you over any "rough" spots while you are learning to use the
software (though there may be additional charges for these services).
WARNING: "Shareware" versions of any TypeRight program are, and will
remain, fully functional. But any of several safeguards may exist to
encourage User Registration and to help detect and expose unauthorized
retailing of any version which may have been "Doctored" or "Altered".
User Support (both Telephone & Written) is intended primarily for our
"Registered Users". But we will never "turn our backs" on anyone who
needs help or information with any of our products.
Because we produce and support MANY different software packages, and
each package usually has several updated releases and revisions,
please have the following information available whenever you contact
us for any reason: - Program's Full Name, Version Number, and Serial
Number (even if NOT a Registered Program)
(Example: "K.N.A.P. Version 1.1 - Serial# 12151990261")
(Serial Numbers are shown on the 1st & Last program screens)
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
BONUS FOR REGISTERING
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
All Users who register will receive the latest updated, improved and
"Debugged" version of this program. They are also kept advised of all
of our new programs, and many times, Registered Users are offered
special discounts toward (and free Demos of) our new programs. All of
this, in addition to our "Customer Support".
We also give Registered Users a Limited Warranty which will provide
a "Free" updated version within one year of purchase if we find any
serious problems or defects in the version which they purchased.
ANOTHER "TID-BIT"
Registered Users who have "Address Controller" Address Files (one of
our other address programs) may request another support program called
"AC-CNVT.EXE". This program will convert the "Address Controller" data
files to "K.N.A.P." address files.
As this support program is ONLY useful to those who have large Address
Controller files, it is NOT routinely shipped. But it will be shipped
with Registered Versions of K.N.A.P. when the User requests it.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Print out the enclosed file named "REGISTER.DOC" with the following
DOS Command....
COPY REGISTER.DOC LPT1 <...hit 'Enter'>
When the printing is complete, you will have a "Form" to be filled in
and mailed along with your payment. The "Form" helps to insure that
all of the necessary information is included with your order. Please
take the time to fill it out completely.
PROGRAM PRICE - $39 PER COPY
If you have already paid $39 for this program at your local TypeRight
Software Dealer, then enclose a legible copy of your "Sales Invoice" or
"Paid" Receipt (which shows the Dealer's Name, Address & Price Paid).
If you obtained a copy of this program from a "Shareware" Distributor
or "Club" and only paid a small fee (usually less than $5), then you
have NOT purchased this program, but simply obtained an Evaluation
copy of it. Your price for Registration is still the full price quoted
above. "None" of the money you give to "Shareware" Distributors or
"Clubs" ever goes to the Authors and Producers of the software.
When you have completed the Registration Form, Mail it to us with your
Payment (or Paid Receipt). Make all checks payable to "R. KEBER JR.".
(All Prices & Features Are Subject To Change Without Notice)
REGULAR SHIPMENTS
Our normal method of shipping a pre-paid order is by regular 1st Class
Mail. In such cases there is NO SHIPPING CHARGE, and delivery time is
usually just a few days.
COD & RUSH SHIPMENTS
COD shipments are also available (and assorted RUSH shipments) through
United Parcel Service. In such cases a $5.00 COD charge, and ALL
Shipping Charges will be added to the program cost. A typical RUSH
order would cost (based upon 1991 prices) approximately:
$39.00 For The Software
5.00 For "COD" Surcharge
12.00 For "Next-Day-Air" Shipping
=======
$56.00 Approximate "RUSH" & "COD" Amount
(All prices are subject to change)
"Next Day Delivery" orders must be received by 3pm Eastern Time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments will also have all charges for Shipping,
Import/Export Fees, and any other expenses added to the cost of this
software. International "COD" Shipments are NOT available. The best
(and fastest) method of placing an order is to send a Bank Traveler's
Check, Bank Draft or Bank Money Order payable in US DOLLARS.
Include enough to cover the shipping fees (and any other fees) based
upon a package weight of less than 6 ounces.
Specify the method of shipping (United Parcel Service or Postal Mail -
Surface, Air, OverNight, 2 Day, Etc.) for which you have included the
price of the shipping charges.
Orders received with payments that are insufficient to cover the
specified method of shipping will either be shipped by another less
expensive method, or the payment will be returned to the sender WITHOUT
the order being filled.

WHAT IS "K.N.A.P."
We like to think that K.N.A.P. is the best "all-around" Address and
Telephone list program for both Business and Personal use. We think
that after you have tried it, you will agree.
The following are just some of K.N.A.P.'s features...
* Holds up to approximately 725,000 Addresses per address file.
* Handles multiple address files.
* Word Processing style Data Entry Commands.
* Includes a large field for comments about each address.
* Stores TWO telephone & extension numbers for each address.
* "Search For" or "Find" any address by partial NAME or NUMBER.
* Automatic "Sorting" of Addresses as they are entered.
* Print "Index" or "Rolodex" cards.
* Print addresses on envelopes or large shipping labels.
* Print mailing labels in 1, 2, or 3 across formats.
* Print multiple labels to the same address.
* Print labels selectively with discrimination on any field.
* Print a NAME & PHONE directory book.
* Print a NAME & ADDRESS directory book.
* Print a NAME/ADDRESS/PHONE/ID#/COMMENT directory book.
* Send "printed output" to a "disk file" instead of a printer.
* "LOCK" repetitious entries into any field (Zip, City, etc.).
* Delete, Copy, Rename or Backup any file.
* Works with files on different drives and directories.
* "Menu Driven" with extensive "On Screen" help.

* Printer - Parallel Dot Matrix, Epson or IBM compatible.
SETTING UP YOUR DRIVES
FLOPPY DISK DRIVES
If you only have floppy drives, start up your computer using your normal BOOT UP disk. Once you get the screen prompt " A:> ",
place this program into Drive A: and enter the following.....
A:KNAP <hit Enter>
.....and K.N.A.P. will load and run.
HARD DRIVES
Run "INSTALL.EXE" which will print this instruction manual, and
transfer the K.N.A.P. files to a new Sub-Directory called C:\KNAP. If
such a Sub-Directory already exists, you will be warned and given a
"Quit or Continue" option.
It will also create a BATCH file called "KNAP.BAT" which will be
placed in the drive C:\ROOT directory. "KNAP.BAT" will allow Users who
may not know their way around a Hard Drive too well, to simply BOOT-UP
and then type "KNAP" to run this program. The BATCH file will make
C:\KNAP the default directory, and will then run "KNAP.EXE" for the
User.
To make things a bit easier for you, we have included a "sample"
Address data file called "SAMPLE.LST". This will save you the time of
having to enter your own data just to "try out" this program.
Feel free to play around with this sample file, and "get the hang" of
how the program works. That's the easiest and fastest way to learn
(most fun way too).
Run through all the different Menus and features, and try everything.
Find records, add new records, edit records, delete records. Print out
some Labels, Directories and Rolodex Cards. Make sure that everything
in K.N.A.P. works well with all of your equipment. That's what
"Shareware" is all about,"Try before you buy".
The following page or so describes the methods used in K.N.A.P. to
enter data into "Fields". "Field" is just another word for a "blank
space to be filled in with information".
( Example: NAME:____(field)_______ )
We suggest that you take the time to at least glance through this
information, as most of it has been put there to make life easier for
you. Some of it will describe "Short-Cut" methods of entering data,
while some of the others will answer some questions before you even
think to ask them.
DATA ENTRY & CURSOR CONTROLS
FIELD EDITING -- CURSOR MOVEMENT
INSERT KEY: Toggles between "Insert" & "Overwrite" of characters.
Cursor changes shape for each mode.
DELETE KEY: Deletes character at cursor position.
BACKSPACE.: Deletes character to left of cursor position.
LEFT ARROW.: Move cursor left one space.
RIGHT ARROW: Move cursor right one space.
UP ARROW...: Jump to previous field.
DOWN ARROW.: Jump to next field.
CTRL LEFT..: Move cursor left one word.
CTRL RIGHT.: Move cursor right one word.
HOME KEY...: Move cursor to beginning of field.
END KEY....: Move cursor to end of field entry.
CTRL END...: Delete field entry from cursor position to end.
PAGE UP....: Jump to top field.
PAGE DOWN..: Jump to bottom field.
F-1 KEY....: Exit "Current Routine" and return to the previous menu.
F-2 KEY....: Varied purposes. Watch Bottom Center of Display Screens.
F-10 KEY...: Exit from the "K.N.A.P." program.
YES/NO QUESTIONS:
In the majority of cases, when K.N.A.P. asks a question to be answered
by a "Y" or "N", hitting the "Enter" key is the same as entering a "Y"
(for Yes). But there are a few places where the reverse is true (Enter
= "N"), and still a few other places where you MUST hit a "Y" or "N",
and the "Enter" key won't be accepted. It sounds confusing, but
(believe it or not) it works well and makes good sense in practice.
However, when in doubt, just hit the "Y or N" keys.
SELECTING OR CREATING AN ADDRESS FILE
---------------------------------------
The 2nd screen to appear is the "Choose a File" screen. There are
several methods for choosing or creating an Address File (sometimes
called a "Work File").
TO USE THE DEFAULT FILE
If you just hit the "ENTER" key, a "Default File" called
"ADDRESS.LST" will be selected or created. The term "Default" simply
means "What the computer will do or use, unless "you" take steps to
specify something else".
TO SELECT AN EXISTING FILE
Or, if you wish to select a "Work File" that already exists in
your default drive and directory, just hit the "F2" function key. When
"F2" is pressed, a "Window" appears on the screen which contains a
sorted list of all the available address files.
To choose one of the files in the window, use your Up/Down Arrow
keys to move the highlighted "bar" to the file which you want to use,
and then hit your "Enter" key to select that file.
To exit from the window without choosing a file, hit the "Escape"
Key.
TO CREATE A NEW FILE
You also have the option of creating or editing a disk file with
any name you wish (up to eight characters in length) by simply
entering the name in the space provided on the screen. Any file name
which you type in will have an extension name of ".LST" automatically
appended to it to designate it as an Address List file.
You may also specify to use or create a file on a different disk
drive or directory by simply adding that information to the beginning
of the file name. (eg: "C:\LETTERS\LISTS\MYLIST.LST")
The next screen that appears is simply to insure that you entered
the correct file name on the previous screen, and to avoid creating
files on the disks with names entered in error. If the file name is
correct, then just hit "Y" (for Yes), or just hit "ENTER" which always
(usually) means the same as "YES".
If the name is not correct, then just enter "N" (for NO). The
previous screen will reappear, allowing you to enter the file name
once again.
Once you get past the third screen, the MAIN MENU screen will
appear. On the menu you will see listed all of the various choices at
your disposal.
If you choose to create a brand new file, at this point your new
file is empty because you haven't entered any addresses yet. As a
result, if you try most of the menu selections, you will only get an
"Uh..Oh" sound and a message saying that your work file is empty. But
after you have entered a few addresses, all of those menu choices will
work just fine.
ADDRESS DATA ENTRY SCREEN
The address entry screen consists of nineteen separate categories
to receive entries. Each of the "blanks" to be filled in is usually
referred to as a "FIELD".
ID NUMBER FIELD
When you begin to add a new address, you will notice that the
first field (ID number) is already filled in for you with a number.
Each new address you enter will automatically be given a unique ID
number.
The ID number is called a "KEY", and it can be used as the fastest
way to display, edit, delete or print any particular address. In such
cases, you just enter the proper ID number, and the address that was
assigned that number will be quickly found and put on the screen.
The ID number is assigned in rotation on a first come, first
served basis, and it is incremented by one digit with each new address
entered.
K.N.A.P. has a routine (Long Address Directory) for printing a
list of all the the ID numbers for each address record.
BUSINESS OR LAST NAME FIELD
This field on the address form is for entering a company's full
name, and this is why we have allowed 30 spaces in this field. Many
firms or government agencies have very long names.
However, in the case of entering a person's name, just enter their
LAST name and any extension in this blank. The individual's first name
and middle initial can be entered into another field on the form,
which is reserved for first names.
We should caution you about one thing, while on the subject of the
NAME fields. The Last/Company Name field has 30 spaces, the First Name
field has 20. If you fill up both fields with characters, the total
combined length of the name will be 50 characters.
While all of those characters will be saved on the disk, and
displayed on the screen, only the first 30 will appear on any
printouts (for reasons of spacing on labels or paper). Because of
this, it's best to keep your "FIRST NAME" entries as reasonably short
as possible.
ATTENTION FIELD
This field can be used for "ATTENTION OF" information.
The U.S. Post Office recommends that this line of information be
placed as the "1st" line in an address (instead of the 2nd, as we have
done in the past). As a result, K.N.A.P. has been designed to conform
with the new (October 1990) Post Office recommendations.
If the "ATTN" field is left "BLANK", then the address will be
printed in only three lines instead of four. But there won't be a
blank space where "ATTN" would normally fit. All information printed
below "ATTN" will move up a line to fill the empty space.
This means that we can no longer use the "Attn:" field as part of a
two line street address, and we now have to squeeze the entire street
address into one 30 character line. Sometimes this will require
abbreviation.
The sensible abbreviation usually creates no problem for the Post
Office as long as your Zip Codes are correct. Most Zip Code
directories will have a section showing the proper abbreviations for
the most common address items.
Note: The Post Office can usually use "optical scanners" to read
your addresses and automate the delivery of your mail if you use a
"plain" type style (no seriffs, proportional spacing, or anything
fancy). They also recommended that ALL "Capital Letters" be used, and
that you keep your printer ribbon new and dark. These are tricks that
"you" can use to help to speed up the delivery of your own mail.
THE "TELEPHONE NUMBER" FIELDS
The Telephone Number fields have a special feature in that the entries
may be made as "123-4567" or as "1234567".
TELEPHONE EXT FIELDS
The two "Extension" fields can be used for telephone extension
numbers. But, if you don't need to use telephone extension numbers,
these fields can also be used to designate the category of the
associated telephone number. In such cases, just make entries such as
"Home", "Office", "Main", "SALES", "SERVC", "PARTS", "PURCH", etc..
COMMENT FIELD
The last field is the "COMMENT:" field. This can be used for such
things as stating, the specialty of a doctor, account numbers, the
name of your contact at this firm, names of spouses or children,
birthdays, and so on. It can be a very useful field.
THE PRINTING MENU
PRINTING TO A DISK FILE
Several of the Print Menu Selections have a special feature
attached to them. Each gives the User the option of sending the output
intended for the printer to a "Disk File" instead.
This feature can be a real time and money saver in several ways,
starting with the fact that it will only take a fraction of the normal
printing time to print a disk file.
The User can then use the DOS or MS-DOS file called "PRINT.COM" to
print the file "in the background". Printing the file in this manner
will free up the computer to do other tasks at the same time as the
file is being printed. In other words, YOUR COMPUTER CAN DO TWO THINGS
AT ONCE. You don't have to sit around, idly waiting until the printing
is finished. See your DOS or MS-DOS manual for instructions on how to
use "PRINT.COM".
But even if you don't have "PRINT.COM", you (or anyone else) can
still print these files with the command "COPY PHONE.PRN LPT1:". Using
this method won't print "in the background" as PRINT.COM does, but it
WILL print the file without any need for "K.N.A.P." to be present.
Another benefit is that you can run these printing routines on a
computer with NO PRINTER, and then send a disk containing the output
files to another computer (with a printer) for printing at a later
time.
Or, in the case of one printer being shared between several
computers, it is usually faster to send the printer a disk file to be
added to the "PRINT QUEUE" than to sit around idly waiting for "your
turn up at bat".
Another benefit! You can send the print files by telephone modem
to other Users, or mail them a floppy disk instead of many heavy pages
of printed material, saving postage, paper and printing time. They can
then print out the file themselves, using the same commands we
explained above.
And finally, you can sell or share the address lists created by
K.N.A.P. with other computer Users without allowing them to have
access to your registered copy of this program.
This is very useful for members and officers of Clubs, Churchs,
etc., where extra copies of address and phone lists (or sets of
mailing labels, Rolodex, etc.) are always in demand. In such cases,
"You" can keep the master ".LST" list with K.N.A.P. for
editing/updating, and give the ".PRN" file to the secretary. The
Secretary can then print as many copies of the list as needed, without
any need for access to "K.N.A.P.".
PRINTING OF MAILING LABELS
The size of the labels that you use is very important. This
program was designed for use with 2 1/2 inch by 15/16 inch labels. We
chose this size of label for our program because (in a 3 across
format) they will fit in most of the smaller 80 column printers. If
you use this size of label (and position them in your printer
properly) you should have no problems.
However, (while not recommended) it is possible to use a variety
of label lengths when using the one across or two across type of
labels. But the user is strictly limited to 15/16 of an inch in depth
to maintain proper line spacing. But, we suggest that you use the
proper size labels for the best overall performance.
You will be asked if you wish to print "ALL" of the address in the
current workfile. If you answer "Y", you will proceed directly to the
printing part of the program, and a label will be printed for "every"
address record in the file.
Answering "NO" will allow you to choose to print groups of labels
from whatever category you want. Example: Only print labels for
records from one "State", or one "City", or for one "Zip Code" (or any
range of Zip Codes), or for all "Names" starting with "A" (or A to F),
and so on.
Before starting to print any of the address labels, the program
will ask if you want to print some TEST LABELS. The purpose of this is
to help you obtain proper label alignment in your printer.
You may keep printing TEST LABELS over and over, and adjusting
your printer and labels both left and right, and up and down, until
the printing on the labels is centered and acceptable to you.
PRINT INDEX & ROLODEX CARDS
This selection will print either Index or Rolodex cards. The cards
must be of the "continuous form" type (attached to each other like
computer paper) in a "one across" format. This program was written for
specific sizes of cards. The Rolodex card size should be 2 1/6 inches
by 4 inches, while the Index card size should be 3 X 5 inches. Use of
any other sized cards will cause printout problems.
Again, you will be presented with an opportunity to print TEST
cards to line up your printed output before the printing of the file
begins.
IMPORTANCE OF MAKING BACKUP FILES
K.N.A.P. is a very complex program. It was written using a combination
of three different programming languages, and contains many very
advanced programming routines (Binary Indexed Trees, etc.).
As such, it performs very well, but it doesn't "take kindly" to being
mistreated by operators. The worst thing an operator can do to
K.N.A.P. is to take a "short-cut exit" from the program by simply
turning off the computer, or by doing a Warm Boot (Control + Alternate
+ Delete Keys).
During a proper exit (F-10 key) K.N.A.P. does quite a large number of
tasks related to closing all files properly, restoring the RAM memory
to normal, and in general, just tidying up after itself. To intention-
ally and repeatedly "bypass" those tasks is risking serious damage (or
even a complete loss) of the data files.
While we have taken every step we could think of to minimize that kind
of disaster, on rare occasions it can still happen. This same problem
can occur with most programs that access files, and it's not really a
problem that's unique "only" to K.N.A.P.. But because K.N.A.P.
accesses "Many Files", and those files all "Interact" with each other,
we prefer to stress the importance of proper "Exits" and NOT taking
"Short Cuts".
Because of this possibility of Data loss, we can't stress strongly
enough the importance of keeping "Backup" copies of your data files.
By "Backup" files we don't mean just the backup files that K.N.A.P.
gives you the option of creating upon an exit (*.BAK). While those
files are usually fine as "Backups", it is very easy to overwrite
THEM with a badly scrambled file, leaving you with nothing but ALL
scrambled files on your disk. So by "Backup Files" we mean other
"insurance" backup copies of your "*.LST" files kept on separate disks
for safe keeping.
WHAT FILES DO I NEED TO BACKUP?
When you decide to make "Backup" copies of your records, you really
only NEED to make copies of any Address Data file ("*.LST"), assuming
that you are already using a backup of K.N.A.P. and it's related files.
All the other files (*.NAM, *.NUM, *.PRN) can be automatically
recreated as needed. But the two "DTA" files are irreplacable without
backup copies.
TROUBLES & PROBLEMS
K.N.A.P." ERROR MESSAGES - REBOOTS REPEATEDLY
In extreme cases where K.N.A.P. has been running without problems for
an indefinite period of time, and it suddenly starts to give lots of
Error Messages and keeps repeatedly "ReBooting" the computer (and
nothing you try seems to cure the problem), then you probably have a
corrupted "LST" file. If this happens two or more times in a row, then
you definately have a bad "LST" file.
If you are NOT a Registered User, then there is not much else you can
do except to get and use your latest Backup Copies of your "LST" files.
BUT..., if you ARE a Registered User, you have another option.
Use KNAPTOOL.EXE and run "FILE MAINTENANCE" from the main menu. This
routine will remove records marked as "Deleted" from K.N.A.P. Data
Files. At the same time it will also check for bad, duplicate or
corrupt records, and it will eliminate them too. Usually it's only one
or two bad records that will "mess up" an entire "LST" file.
Many times this routine will "Repair or Fix" a corrupted Data file
with only minimal data loss.
But, if EVEN THIS doesn't work, then your "LST" file is too badly
corrupted for "fixing". It's time to get your latest Backup "LST"
files too, and replace the corrupted "LST" file with a Backup Copy.
(Make backup copies often for these reasons).
OTHER REASONS FOR PROBLEMS:
- Make sure that the version of DOS or MS/DOS you are using is
version 3.0 or higher. Older versions won't work properly.
- Your Printer is "NOT" ready for action, or may be incompatible,
or is NOT plugged into Port #1. Many times this problem will simply
"Hang Up" your computer UNTIL the printer "IS" ready for action.
- Not enough free disk space left.
- Not enough free RAM memory available. Remove all other Memory
Resident programs from memory BEFORE running "K.N.A.P.".

Reports, Invoice Directories & Customer Telephone/Address Books. Does
Acc/Rec Customer Statements (with matching Mailing Labels, or set up
for use with Window Envelopes). Holds about 1.5 million records. Find
any record by PARTIAL NAME or NUMBER. Creates much larger Data files
than "GIST-ORIG", so a Hard Drive is recommended. Saves BOTH the
Numbers & Product/Part/Labor Descriptions. Many Adjustable features
can set up "GP" to fit different business needs and local laws. Like
"GIST-ORIG", "GP" is pretty much "Ready To Go To Work" for you, and
very little program "Set-Up" is required. There are NO extra purchases
required or needed. By: BOB KEBER - Shareware - $69

TypeRight SOFTWARE SALES TRACKER ("SST"):
A Sales Tracking program for Software Authors who distribute and sell
their own software products. Handles multiple Product Files, changing
files quickly through "Pop-Up Windows". Provides "Gross Income"
information, displaying a wide variety of totals, sub totals and
averages for an entire file, or for any range of dates you select.
Issues Program Serial Numbers. File records store Customer Address &
Phone, Serial #'s, Program Name & Version, Quantity, Price, Shipping,
Sales Tax, Dates Sold & Paid, Purchase Orders & Check #'s (and has a
67 space COMMENT field). Printing routines include Mailing Labels,
Customer Address & Phone Books, Invoices, Customer Statements
(Acc/Rec), Index & Rolodex Cards, Shipping Labels, "Print To Disk
Files", and much more.
Software Sales Tracker - PATCH ("SSTPATCH"):
A seperate program (but part of.., and included with "SST") for easily
"Patching" a Customer's Name, Date Of Sale, and Registered Product
Serial Number into any of YOUR "EXE" programs. Includes an "Automatic
Bulk Disk Preparation" feature. When on "Full Automatic" SSTPATCH will
read data from your "SST" product files, patch your "EXE" files with
your customer information, and then print a mailing label and a disk
contents label. It then follows a list of commands which YOU provide
for final disk preparation (FORMAT, REDATE, ARC-IT, COPY, etc.). This
"automates" the task of sending out hundreds of disks to Customers and
Distributors. The only thing you need to do is keep blank disks in the
drives, stick on the labels, and mail the finished product. Both the
"SST" & "SSTPATCH" programs are part of the same software package, and
are shipped accordingly. By: BOB KEBER - Shareware - $39
"POP-LABEL" ("PL"):
A small, fast, "Pop-Up-Window" that will allow you to quickly type up
and print a "Label" (or multiple copies of a Label) for most any
purpose (contents labels, address labels, report cover labels, etc.).
Each Label can hold up to five lines (32 characters per line) of data.
Printed output is straight ASCII Text (Plain Vanilla - without any
"Printer Escape Codes") and should work with most parallel printers.
This program can eliminate many of those label typing sessions still
done on your old typewriter. By BOB KEBER - Shareware - $10
