  4. ║ This  option  provides  the  user with a means to  ║
  5. ║ set print size, line spacing, margins, and switch  ║
  6. ║ printer ports among other items.                   ║

  9. The menu options accessed from the Printer listing
  10. are as follows:
  11.         1) 9 Pin Printers
  12.         2) 24 Pin Printers
  13.         3) Print File
  14.         4) View File
  15. The PRINT option is accessed by using the mouse or by
  16. pressing the ALT-P key combination to activate the
  17. dropdown menu.  To access an individual option, press
  18. the ALT key and the highlighted character of the
  19. selection you wish to make.  The mouse may be used by
  20. pressing the LEFT key when the option needed is
  21. highlighted.  After selection of a given option has
  22. been made, simply follow the on-screen prompts to
  23. accomplish the action you have choosen.
