  8.         The program euro.com will modify the DayFlo TRACKER file 
  9.         cnflile.flo, which will in turn change how DayFlo Tracker 
  10.         handles (interprets) dates and/or numbers.

  12.         The file has two parameters.
  13.                  
  14.         They are:  1) Eurodates  or  Euronums
  15.                    2) on  or  off
