  5.     Not many rules for this one, it's pretty self explanitory.  However
  6.     there are a few points that you should know.
  7.  
  8.     1.      When entering someone's name, use the last name first, the
  9.         first name last and then the middle initial if desired.  This
  10.         way everthing is consistant and it's much easier to locate
  11.         by name.
  12.     
  13.     2.      Use the Insert key to add a record, the Delete key to delete
  14.         a record and the Enter key will display the screen for 
  15.         updating.

  17.     3.      When you are entering data, CTRL + ENTER causes an immediate
  18.         input of the data that you have so far.
  19.  
  20.     4.      NAME and COMPANY are the only required fields.  A record will 
  21.         not be added without these fields.
  22.  
  23.     5.      Keep in mind that when you are in the locate mode, the
  24.         information that you see on the screen does not display
  25.         notes, addresses or fax numbers.  Pressing the
  26.         ENTER key will display all information for the record
  27.         that is highlighted.  From this screen you may simply view
  28.         the information and press ESC when done or update the record.

  30.     6.      When you decide to print, make sure that you want the
  31.         entire list because that's what your going to get.

  33.     7.      Although this program was written as a DOS ONLY application,
  34.         it will run "Windowed" in Microsoft Windows 3.0.  In order
  35.         to do so, you must use BUSINESS.PIF instead of BUSINESS.EXE
  36.         when setting it up and you must be running in 386 enhanced
  37.         mode or it will appear in "Full-Screen" only.

  39.     8.      A Windows icon has been included.  (Not a great one), but it
  40.         is there if you want it.

  42.     9.      When backing up data files, be sure to back up ALL of the
  43.             PERSON.* (files) as a set.   Only doing a couple probably
  44.         will result in the program not being able to read the data
  45.         files properly when they are restored.

  58. I'm not asking for one.  However, if you use the program and find it usefull,
  59. please drop me a note.  I am curious to see how it may have spread from the one
  60. BBS that I uploaded it to.  Suggestions on how to improve it would be welcomed
