  24. For all orders the following information is required:

  27. The name of the product (and edition were applicable)

  29. Please note that all UK order must include VAT at the current rate.

  31. All order from the EEC outside the UK must specify a VAT number if the 
  32. customer is register for VAT, or a statement specifying that the customer 
  33. is not registered for VAT. This information is required by the European 
  34. Commission for statistical purposes.
