- Will your new home be a lemon? Probably not, but before you buy, check
- it out using The Home Inspector (c). A new home may be the most important
- investment you ever make, so protect that investment!
-
- The Home Inspector was designed by professional home inspectors to aid
- a prospective home buyer in objectively evaluating a homes condition.
- All of the major sections of the home are covered including electrical,
- plumbing, heating/AC, basement, roof/attic, garage, general interior,
- and much more!
-
- Many times, the buyer looks at the surface of the home (Is it painted?,
- Will my furniture fit?, Is there closet space?, etc) without digging
- deeper, possibly missing important and costly details. The Home Inspector
- aids the user in completely inspecting a home, without the need of a
- third party inspector.
