  9.   * WinRoach version 2.3 now forces all "minimizable" windows to be minimized 
  10.     upon startup.  An optional command line parameter is available to prevent
  11.     this from happening.  Add the command line option /NOMIN after the 
  12.     executable name to prevent the minimizing of windows.

  14.     This option defaults to "Minimize Windows on Startup" and can
  15.     be changed through the Options dialog.
