  4. NB: This is the first and the last (I hope) BETA release 
  5.     of WinSetup 2.1

  7. Thank you for examining BeastWare's WinSetup product.
  8. An attempt to bring a professional and stable Installation 
  9. Package to the general public. WinSetup is a well-designed, 
  10. easy-to-use installation utility that rivals or surpasses 
  11. other commercial installation programs. The intention is to 
  12. make it easy for the user to include a powerful installation 
  13. program for the Windows environment. WinSetup can be used to 
  14. install any product to the Windows environment, including 
  15. other software, presentations, price lists, etc. All you need, 
  16. besides WinSetup, is an ASCII/ANSI editor. 
  17. WinSetup is controlled completely by a single INI-style 
  18. configuration file. Nearly all the parameters available in 
  19. the file are optional. You can run a installation so simple 
  20. it contains only a few brief lines or you can go for the giant 
  21. multiple disk installation.

  48. WinSetup is not free, it is released as Shareware. 
  49. See chapter "Shareware conditions and registration" for more 
  50. information. If a distributed product is released as a Public 
  51. Domain or Freeware version, (no expenses, in any way, for the 
  52. end user) WinSetup can be used free of change, and distributed 
  53. with the released product (not documentation). The only 
  54. obligation is to send a note either by mail or e-mail to the 
  55. copyright holders with the name of the product to install, 
  56. including your company and/or name plus address. You may not 
  57. use WinSetup in any way to install Shareware or other commercial 
  58. products, without a registration of WinSetup.

  92. To remove the program, erase the destination directory.
  93. You may also have to delete associations to *.inf created 
  94. when running installation samples.
