CD Alarm Installation README:
--------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: CD Alarm will NOT install unless you have the Visual Basic
32-bit runtime library, VB40032.DLL installed in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
directory. If you have any 32-bit VB programs (as many people do and
will), you should already have this file and can proceeed to run
SETUP.EXE. Because of the size of this file (circa 320 K compressed)
and the fact that many people already have it, VB40032.DLL was not
included with the CD Alarm distribution.
If you do not have this file, it very easy to get. If you are on
America On-Line, Microsoft Network, Compuserve or Prodigy, you will
find it in the respective software libraries of each. You can also
get this file from Microsoft's FTP site (ftp.microsoft.com), or from
the CD Alarm Home Page:
http://pantheon.cis.yale.edu/~jharris/cdalarm/home.html
If you need detailed instructions on how to download and install this
file, see the CD Alarm home page (address above.)
After you have moved VB40032.DLL into your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory,
SETUP.EXE will proceed normally.
Thank you for trying CD Alarm! :)
