  6. XDME Excelsior Suite v1.31 - A suite of macros, menus, requesters,
  7. keymappings, and ARexx scripts for XDME. Features include: spell checking,
  8. outlining, localized major modes, automatic mode selection upon loading,
  9. various Emacs-like keymappings, region and rectangle editing a la Emacs,
  10. xpk support, diary maintenance, pagination, various GTB requesters, other
  11. requesters, and many other features. XES is a new name for XDMD.

  13. Here are the latest features:

  15.        I.   Various macros updated to work with shortlines mode, now that
  16.             it is working right.  I changed "right" to "col +1" in various
  17.             places.
  18.  
  19.       II.   A new GTB requester for local settings.  This replaces the
  20.             items that were regularly updated in the menus.  This saves
  21.             time when switching between windows.  This requester also keeps
  22.             track of your XPK password and method.  It lets you select a
  23.             method from a listview gadget that contains all available XPK
  24.             compressors.

  26.      III.   Bug fix:  Copy and Cut in the Edit menu now work correctly.
