  6. This is a very animated "Wait" cursor.  On 
  7. fast systems (Pentiums for example) you may
  8. not see the entire animation sequence.  
  9.  
  10. The entire sequence show an American flag turn
  11. into a blue box.  The 95 logo then appears, 
  12. changes colors, and is slowly "eaten" away.
  13. The blue box then morphs back into a flag.
