As an advanced player you may want to know exactly "how it works".
The 3 most commonly asked questions are:

@How fast are divisions being produced ?
-A country with 1 city produces 1 division in 7 days.
-A country with e.g. 4 cities produces about 2 divisions in 7 days.
-As long as there are divisions recovering in it, a country will not produce new ones.

@How to determine maximum production ?
-A country produces until its initial strength+2 has been reached.
-A country occupying others, produces the sum of the initial strengths+2.
-A country's initial strength is calculated as follows: actual divisions - produced divisions + lost divisions.

@When does a computer player attack ?
-A computer player will attack a neighbouring country when it can bring in at least twice the strength within approximately 30 hours.
This strength is calculated by adding all the strength values (%) of those divisions that do not occupy a city.
-Divisions aboard squadron are counted for only half their actual strength.
-In addition, computer players attack human players who occupy over 5 countries, even when equal in strength.
