What's for Dinner lets you determine which recipes suit your caloric and nutritional requirements.
Choose a letter from the alphabet buttons on the left side of the screen. This command will bring up a list of food names that begin with that letter. Build a selection group by clicking on the chosen ingredients. This list will display in the top right corner of the screen.
Beneath your selection list are the caloric requirement controls. Click on the up and down arrows to arrive at your desired caloric limit.
Beneath the caloric requirement arrows are nutritional options. Choose one of the three choices under each of the cholesterol, fat, and sodium amounts.
After you have completed all of your ingredient, caloric, and nutritional requirements, click on the Start Search button at the bottom center of your screen. What's for Dinner will search the recipe collection and determine which recipes meet your criteria. A list of the recipes will display awaiting your selection.
