The Video Clips button activates a topic list of 80 video clips on specific cooking techniques.
To view a video clip, choose a topic from the list and the video will play automatically. Click the Replay button if you wish to view the video again.
To view the next or previous video on the topic list, click on the left or right arrow buttons. To return to the topic list, choose the Previous Screen button. To return to the main program menu, choose the Main Menu button.
NOTE: If the narration track for these cooking technique videos seems to skip or stutter on occasion, you can fix this by editing the control.var file in your cookbook directory to change the video format back to the smaller size frame. To edit the control.var file, go to your hard drive's cookbook directory, bring up that file, and change the 0 under @VFlag to a 1. Remember to save the file. Or, simply reinstall the disc and click on "NO" when you are asked if you want the videos to play at twice the normal size.
