Transcription: Begin using the calorie tally by clicking on a letter from the alphabet on the left side of the screen. This produces a list of food names that begin with that letter. Choose one, such as asparagus, to bring up the caloric and nutritional information for that food selection. To view the next or previous food item for that letter, click on the left or right arrow button at the bottom of the screen. To return to the topic list, choose the previous button. To return to the main program menu, choose the main menu button.
