INGREDIENTS
1 16-ounce can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
(about 2 cups)
Ω cup sliced green onion
1/3 cup apple juice or apple cider
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
º teaspoon pepper
1 pound turkey ham, sliced Ω-inch thick
DIRECTIONS
In a 13x9x2-inch baking dish stir together sauerkraut, apples, onion, apple juice or apple cider, brown sugar, mustard, and pepper. Arrange turkey ham slices on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Before serving, bake, covered, in a 350∞ oven about 40 minutes or till heated through.
