INGREDIENTS
2 cups tomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Ω teaspoon prepared horseradish
Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Ice cubes
Celery sticks for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a small pitcher stir together tomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail, lime juice or lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce.
Pour mixture over ice in glasses. If desired, garnish with celery sticks.
Peppy Tomato Slush: Prepare Peppy Tomato Sipper as above, except omit ice cubes. Pour tomato mixture into an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Cover and freeze for 1 to 2 hours or till slushy. Spoon into glasses.
