  1. PAPER PUNCH CRITTERS

  3. STEP 5
  4. Wrap the nose strip around a pencil and glue the edges together; let glue dry.  Slip the nose off the pencil.
  5.  
  6. Glue the nose circle to one end of the nose.  Glue the nose to the center of the wide end of the egg.
  7.  
  8. Crease the mouth and glue it below the nose.  Use the fine-tipped black marker to draw nostrils at the end of the nose.

  10. STEP 6
  11. Glue on eyes.  Draw eyebrows above the eyes.
  12.  
  13. Glue ears to the head above the eyebrows.  Curl the tips of the ears around the pencil.  Twist a 2-inch-long piece of pipe cleaner around a pencil.

  15. Slip the curled pipe cleaner off the pencil.  Dab glue onto one end and insert it into the hole at the tail end of the egg.

  18. SOME COOL IDEAS:
  19. Use your imagination and try creating other creatures using the paper-punch technique. Think about using:
  20. -- black and yellow dots for a bumblebee
  21. -- black and red dots for a ladybug
  22. -- orange dots for a goldfish
  23. -- black and white dots for a penguin
