COMMON MULTIMEDIA CONSIDERATIONS
Please set your Windows Wallpaper, Background and Screen Saver to "<None>" before running this
program. You can find these in the "Desktop" Control Panel.
Running other applications or TSRs simultaneously with Complete Guide To Gardening can cause various conflicts. If you
do experience any problems, quit any other applications and end any tasks before you run Complete Guide To Gardening
again. (You can easily be do this by bringing up the Task List [Ctrl-Esc], selecting any entries other than Program Manager, and choosing End Task for each selection.)
In addition to requiring 8 megabytes of built in RAM, we recommend that you have at least 6,000kb of free memory. To check the amount of free memory currently available to Windows, select the 'Help' menu in Program Manager and select 'About Program Manager'. At the bottom of the information screen, the 'Memory' will be listed (in kilobytes). If this number is below 6000kb, you will need to turn on or increase the size of the Virtual Memory swap file. Please refer to your Windows manuals for instructions on how to do this.
