Version 1.0 includes the following additional features:
1) The ability to create multiple pages (up to the number of records.
2) The creation of a Header and Footer section within the [START] and [STOP] sections.
3) The use of HTMakeL from a command line (thus it could be used in a bat file.
In addition, the following errors are fixed:
1) HTMakeL no longer crashes when the user selects "Cancel" from ODBC admin.
2) HTMakeL no longer crashed with invalid tables.
