  3. Registration of QWS3270 EXTRA is encouraged since it funds further 
  4. development of the program.  It involves sending in a order form 
  5. filled in with your registration name and other details.
  6.

  8. What will registering the software get you? 
  9.  
  10. 1.  A registered copy of the most recent version of the executable and 
  11.     all associated documentation. 
  12.     
  13. 2.  The annoying 10 minute reminder will be no longer appear.  The cursor 
  14.     and keyboard changes that you make will no longer be re-set to 
  15.     the default values when the nag appears.
  16.  
  17. 3.  If an internet-reachable e-mail address is included with your order, 
  18.     you will be added to a mailing list of all registered users of 
  19.     QWS3270 EXTRA, which will allow me to notify you of any future 
  20.     upgrades.
  21.  
  22. 4.  If you provide me with an internet e-mail address or an internet ftp
  23.     site on which to deposit the registered copy (so long as it is not a 
  24.     public archive site), you will be sent free upgrades for six months
  25.     (12 months for site licences) as they become available.
  26.  
  27. 5.  Registered users get a big say in the order that new features will 
  28.     be added to QWS3270 EXTRA.  
  29.  
  30. It will greatly aid in my records if all registrations are accompanied 
  31. by the enclosed order form, which is in ORDER.DOC in Microsoft Word 6.0 
  32. format, or in ORDER.TXT in simple ASCII text.  The registration fee is 
  33. $35 (U.S.).  Cheques or money orders should be made payable to 
  34. "Jolly Giant Software Inc.".  I would prefer if all payments are made 
  35. in U.S. dollars.

  38. Site Licenses
  39.   A site license is defined as being a sale to an organisation or 
  40.   company, and may not be resold or redistributed for profit. It may 
  41.   only be used at the specified location within that organisation.

  49.     Multi-user site license  (signed licence agreement required)

  51.     QWS3270 EXTRA will be charged by the number of installed users.

  53.       The pricing structure for commercial users is thus:

  55.        1-49 users     $35 US per user
  56.        50-199 users   $2000 US 
  57.        200-499 users  $4000 US 
  58.        500-999 users  $6000 US
  59.        1000+ users    $8000 US

  61.        For an unlimited corporate license (unlimited users and 
  62.        multiple sites), contact Jolly Giant Software Inc.

  64.       The pricing structure for educational users is thus:

  66.        1-49 users     $35 US per user
  67.        50+  users     $1500 US

  70.      Your site license will give you support for up to 12 months from 
  71.      the date of purchase. Such support will include upgrades and bug 
  72.      fixes within that 12 months within the constraints of the program's
  73.      existing capabilities.  Future upgrades will be 20% of the then 
  74.      current license fee per annum.  Arrangements will also be made for 
  75.      conversion of smaller licenses to larger ones.

  78. Should you wish to obtain QWS3270 EXTRA to distribute with other 
  79. programs,  you should make a suitable offer to Jolly Giant Software Inc.,
  80. and it will be considered. Jolly Giant Software Inc. reserves the right
  81. not to accept any offer which is considered not acceptable.
