  10. Individuals who wish to distribute the Space Screen Saver - 2.08 package to 
  11. friends or associates may do so freely in accordance with the restrictions 
  12. outlined below. Image Factory Software authorizes distribution by 
  13. individuals only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  15. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Image Factory Software to copy 
  16. the Space Screen Saver - 2.08 for their own use (for evaluation purposes) 
  17. or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the following conditions 
  18. are met.

  20. The Space Screen Saver - 2.08 package is defined as containing all the 
  21. material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files listed in the 
  22. PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then 
  23. the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact 
  24. us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution (email 
  25. sales@imagefs.com).

  27.     The Space Screen Saver - 2.08 package - including all related 
  28.     program files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in 
  29.     any way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  30.     exception.

  32.     No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  33.     Space Screen Saver - 2.08 package. You may charge a 
  34.     copying/distribution fee as long as the total does not 
  35.     exceed US$5.00.

  37. Vendors must request permission prior to distributing this package.
