  2. HARRY's INSTALLABLE SCREEN SAVERS, VERSION 1.03, for Windows 3.1

  4. Harry's Installable Screen Savers are Microsoft Windows 3.1 compatible
  5. screen savers written by Harry C. Snyder.  They are add-ons to the
  6. Windows 3.1 system and will automatically be added to Windows
  7. by copying the files to your Windows directory.

  9. These screen savers are SHAREWARE.  You may evaluate these 
  10. programs for free for 30 days. If you use any of them, please 
  11. be honest and REGISTER them by following the directions below.

  13. By registering the program you will receive a diskette with the 
  14. latest versions and at least one additional bonus screen saver.

  23. 1) Copy the files *.SCR and HSAVER.DLL into your Windows Directory.
  24.    This directory is usually C:\WINDOWS.
  25.  
  26. 2) The Screen Savers will be installed automatically, just like 
  27.    the screen savers that came with Windows 3.1.
  28.  
  29. To Select and Configure one of Harry's Screen Savers:
  30.  
  31. 1) Run Windows
  32. 2) Run the Windows Control panel program (CONTROL.EXE)
  33. 3) Double-click on the Desktop icon or choose 'Desktop' from the 
  34.    Settings menu in the CONTROL program.
  35. 4) Harry's Screen Savers will appear in the Windows Desktop Screen Saver 
  36.    Combo Box. Select one of them.
  37. 5) Hit the TEST button to try it out.
  38. 5) Hit the SETUP button to configure the screen saver.
  39. 6) Hit the ABOUT button in the setup dialog to get registration information.
  40. 7) Hit the REGISTER button in the About dialog to print a registration 
  41.    letter or to enter your serial number after you register.  If you don't
  42.    have a printer, send the registration fee to the address below.

  74. HSAVER.DLL is REQUIRED for all of the screen savers to work properly.

  76. Each Screen Saver can be configured so that moving the mouse will not
  77. disable the screen saver.  I put this in so when you accidentally hit
  78. your mouse, the screen won't unblank.  I like it that way.  If you don't,
  79. then just turn it off by unchecking the check box in the screen saver
  80. configuration dialogs.

  86. Harry's 3D Objects   (HARRY1.SCR) 4 wire objects float on your screen.  Options to 
  87.                      select which objects to show and other display effects.

  89. Harry's Spotlight    (HARRY2.SCR) A spotlight sweeps across your screen.  You pick the
  90.                      size of the spotlight.
  91.  
  92. Harry's Original     (HARRY3.SCR) a 3.1 version of the original Harry's Screen Blanker.
  93.                      Lots of display options.  Experiment for a lot of nice
  94.                      visual effects.

  96. Harry's Scroller     (HARRY4.SCR) scrolls your screen like a broken TV.

  98. Harry's Kaleidoscope (HARRY5.SCR) Random symmetrical and colorful designs

  100. Harry's Wild Polys   (HARRY6.SCR)  4 polygons on your screen.  You choose how many sides 
  101.                      for each polygon for nice effects.
