  102. Echo To complete the installation you need to tell Windows to USE this
  103. Echo Screen Saver.  Restart Windows and Start the Control panel Program.
  104. Echo Within Control Panel Run the Desktop Utility. Within Desktop Set the
  105. Echo Screen Saver Section to Bitmaps by DCI and set the Delay Interval
  106. Echo as you desire.  You can run this program separately (without waiting
  107. Echo for the delay time to pass by setting up a separate application in
  108. Echo a program manager group of your choice to execute the program
  109. Echo Bitmaps.EXE located in your windows directory.

  111. Echo When the Screen Saver is running Remember the Special Key Stroke
  112. Echo combination of   SHIFT H   for Help with the other Special Keyboard
  113. Echo commands and to view the complete documentation (in the file
  114. Echo Bitmaps.TXT in your Windows Directory).

  116. Echo The 1st Time you run this screen saver it will be looking for Bitmaps
  117. Echo that start with a 1 as their file name in you windows directory. If
  118. Echo you do not have any such Bitmaps their you will just get an error
  119. Echo message!  Part 3 of this 3 part Package contains about 7 Quality
  120. Echo 256 Color Bitmaps that start with a 1.  If you have no such files
  121. Echo you can run this programs Setup Routine (which edits the ASCII
  122. Echo bitmaps.ini file in your windows directory) by executing Setup in
  123. Echo Control Panels Desktop Screen Saver Section or at any time this
  124. Pause
  125. Echo saver is running by hitting  SHIFT S,  Also Setup gets run
  126. Echo automatically if the program encounters most errors.  Within
  127. Echo Setup can specify Bitmaps Patterns other than 1*.BMP (BMPs that
  128. Echo start with a 1) as well as bitmaps locations other than your windows
  129. Echo directory.  We set it up by default to show 1*.BMP files so that
  130. Echo it will skip the BMPs that come with windows as they are not 256
  131. Echo color bitmaps and do not fill the screen.
